What is MyChart?

MyChart offers a personalized and secure online access to aspects of your medical record. It enables you to securely use the internet to help manage and receive information about your health. With MyChart, the benefits and functions include:

  • Scheduling medical appointments.
  • You can choose to receive a notification if an earlier appointment becomes available.
  • View lab test results.
  • Request prescription refills.
  • Communicate securely with your clinicians.
  • View your health summary.
  • View and print Immunization Record.
  • Receive health reminders for preventative screenings and immunizations.
  • If proxy access is granted, then you can complete the above actions on behalf of the selected individual.

Is there a fee to use MyChart?

MyChart is a free service offered to our patients.

Who is eligible for MyChart?

All JHAH-registered competent patients over the age of 18 are eligible for MyChart.

I’m registered with an MDF but sometimes am referred to JHAH for care – am I eligible for MyChart?

Not at present. JHAH MyChart will initially be available only for JHAH-registered patients.

How do I sign up?

Fast Track Registration for MyChart
Step 1
Contact the MyChart Help Desk at MyChart@JHAH.com or by calling 800-305-4444, extension 8 or, from a mobile or out of kingdom: +966-13-877-3888 extension 8 (during working hours), to receive your fast track link by text message or email. You may also request a MyChart fast track link at your next clinic visit.
Step 2
From the MyChart home page you can complete the registration process by selecting your username, password and a security question.

Visit the Self Sign Up page to Sign Up Online
Step 2
Fill in the required fields. Please note that the fields, including the spelling of your name, should match your JHAH medical record to be activated.

Where do I find out more about MyChart at JHAH services?

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare has information about the information and services that MyChart offers you. Remember, MyChart is your one stop shop to JHAH medical services and replaces portals such as HR Online (myhome portal) and JHAH Connect.

When can I see my lab results in MyChart?

Your lab results will be available in MyChart after your physician has reviewed them. This is generally within 3 business days.

Why are certain test results not available in MyChart?

While the majority of test results are available through MyChart, additional services will be available in the future. Furthermore, tests of a sensitive nature are not available in MyChart.

If some of my health information on MyChart is not correct, what should I do?

Your MyChart information comes directly from your electronic medical record. Ask your doctor to correct any inaccurate information at your next clinic visit. Your health information is reviewed and updated in your electronic medical record after each visit.

If I send a message to my doctor or nurse, when can I expect a reply?

You will generally receive an answer within one week. Please note that MyChart should not be used for urgent situations.
In case of an emergency, please dial 997.

Can I view a child’s or other patient's health record in MyChart?

Yes you can. This is called proxy access.
In most cases, if you are the parent of a minor child, you can log into your MyChart account, and then connect via proxy access to the child’s account. (There may be exceptions for unusual family circumstances.)
In addition, if you have the consent of a spouse or parent or other adult patient, you can access their accounts as well. Please see the steps below for how to complete the Proxy Requests.

How do I request proxy?


Step 1
Log in to your MyChart account.
Step 2
From the Settings Tab, Click on Personalize page
Step 3
Click on the Request Proxy Access to your Child's record form
OR
Click on the Grant an adult access to your record form. Note that the adult must already have an active MyChart account.
Step 4
Fill in the required fields. Please note that the fields should match your medical record for proxy access to be approved.
Step 5
Click Submit. Your request will be sent to JHAH staff for processing.

Can I ask questions regarding a family member from my MyChart account?

Yes, if you have proxy access for the family member then you can log in and select the individual’s proxy access and submit the question.

Can my spouse and I share one MyChart account?

No, each patient has his or her own MyChart account. Any sharing between spouses requires proxy consent.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

You may contact our MyChart Help Desk; from outside KSA: +966-13-877-3888, extension 8 or inside KSA: 800-305-4444, extension 8 to request a new, secure password. You may also click the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to reset your password online.

Can you send me a new fast track link as I have lost it, let it expire or did not receive it?

Contact us the help Desk at MyChart@JHAH.com and we can resend a fast track link, by SMS or email that facilitates MyChart sign-up. Otherwise, from the MyChart home page, select “sign up now”, and you can activate your account.

Where can I update my personal information (e.g., phone number, e-mail or change my password)?

Log in to MyChart and from the menu, go to the settings tab and select the appropriate option.

How is MyChart secure?

We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure links, personal usernames, and passwords. Each person is responsible for their password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password.

What is your Privacy Policy?

MyChart is owned and operated by MyChart and is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your name and e-mail address will be treated with the same care and privacy given your health records and will never be sold or leased by MyChart.

I was logged out of MyChart, what happened?

We aim to protect your privacy and security of your information. While logged into MyChart, if your keyboard remains idle for 15 minutes or more, you will be automatically logged out of MyChart.

My fast track link does not work, what should I do?

For your security, your fast track link expires after 14 days and is no longer valid after the first time you use it. If you need assistance, email us at MyChart@JHAH.com or you can call our MyChart Help Desk; from outside KSA: +966-13-877-3888 extension 8, or inside KSA: 800-305-4444 extension 8.
